Shenyang Metro

Intro

Shenyang Metro is the urban rail transit system of Shenyang City, which is China's regional center city and the capital of Liaoning Province. The first subway line carried passenger on September 27, 2010, making Shenyang the seventh city, following Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Nanjing, in mainland China and the first city in Northeast China having subways. Shenyang Metro currently has two lines, Line 1 and Line 2, in operation, with the total distance of 54.96 kilometers.
