Solution 1. For projects with centralized heating and air-conditioning dedicated equipment rooms, we recommend the use of water-cooled units (screw/centrifuge) + horizontal concealed fan coil units + ceiling-mounted new fans. In summer, the water-cooled units provide the chilled water needed by terminals to satisfy the refrigeration demand; and in winter, the municipal heating supply provides the hot water needed by the end unit to meet the indoor heating demand.
