Solution 1. For projects with centralized heating and air-conditioning dedicated equipment rooms, we recommend the use of water-cooled units (screw/centrifuge) + Cabinet air-handling units + horizontal concealed fan coil units. In summer, the water-cooled units provide the chilled water needed by terminals to satisfy the refrigeration demand; and in winter, the municipal heating supply provides the hot water needed by the end unit to meet the indoor heating demand.

Solution 2. For projects without centralized heating and air-conditioning dedicated equipment rooms, we recommend the use of air-cooled heat pump units (screw/scroll) + Cabinet air-handling units + horizontal concealed fan coil units  ceiling-mounted new fans. In summer, the air-cooled heat pump units provide the chilled water needed by terminals to satisfy the refrigeration demand; and in winter, the air-cooled heat pump provides the hot water needed by the end unit to meet the indoor heating demand.

Solution 3. For projects with rich groundwater resources and enough area for drilling wells, we recommend the use of water/ground-source heat pump units + Cabinet air-handling units + horizontal concealed fan coil units. In summer, the water/ground-source heat pump units provide the chilled water needed by terminals to satisfy the refrigeration demand; and in winter, the water/ground-source heat pump units are responsible for providing the hot water needed by the end unit to meet the indoor heating demand.
