1. Patented snap-in panel-type box and wedge-groove sealing features by high mechanical strength, low air-leakage rate of the housing (at a static pressure of 700 Pa, a measured air leakage rate of ≤ 0.04%), and good performance in preventing cold bridges.
2. The optimized modular design can satisfy the technical requirements of different function sections of customers. The product can be transported in sections, improving the quality and speed of product site installation and saving user's resources.
3. Low energy-consumption design without cold bridge: The unique aluminum alloy profile, non-cold bridge insulation material and special sealing strip are used to separate the cold bridge inside and outside the box. The cold bridge coefficient meets the TB1 level of European standard.
4. Reliable design: By optimizing cooling coil unit's pipe passes and setting blow-down valve can avoid crack in winter; at the same time, the catch-water pipe fixed device can protect the cooling coil unit's copper pipe from being twisted off when installation.
5. Intelligent bypass technology: Different operating modes can be selected according to the air supply or exhaust requirements in different seasons to reduce the internal resistance loss of the unit and save energy by more than 20%, especially suitable for subway air conditioners.
