1.The anti-seismic frame of the unit adopts an L-shaped modular column design with a large cross-section to enhance the bending resistance, shearing resistance and load-bearing capacity. Simultaneously, an anti-vibration limit rod is installed around the fan to effectively prevent dumping under seismic load;

2.The unit adopts high-performance two-speed axial flow fan and P+R+S design to optimize aerodynamic performance, improve efficiency, and reduce noise. At the same time, the fan is equipped with automatic refueling system to realize a refueling cycle without refueling;

3.The heat exchanger adopts reverse cross-flow heat exchange and double-flanged corrugated copper fins to improve the heat exchange efficiency. The zigzag type waterway design is adopted to increase the medium emptying rate, and copper ring of wear-resistance design is used between the heat exchange tube and the guard plate to extend service life;

4.The unit uses CFD simulation technology to develop a gradient resistance air intake structure. Gradient resistance is achieved by changing the vertical porosity, and the uniformity of sectional wind speed is improved to ensure heat transfer performance;

5.The unit uses the monitoring and diagnosis system of bearing temperature and fan vibration to achieve on-line continuous monitoring and diagnosis of bearing temperature and vibration.
